All Board orders are inclusive of FREE International Shipping to THE USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, ASIA and South America.
Estimated delivery time of between 2-6 days are to used as a guide only. Delivery time is dependent on the Delivery address and destination. All parcels being delivered to metropolitan or capital cities will take up to 2-5 days generally with another 1-2 days added for regional delay.
We do not take into account possible delays caused by Custom clearing.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage of goods occurring in transit. We properly package the goods to avoid damage during shipment.

Any refused shipments will be the responsibility of the returnee. All related costs such as, but not limited to shipping costs, storage costs, duties and taxes. Refused Shipments that are lost in transit are the responsibility of the returnee.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All orders and sales are FINAL. Since we are already shouldering the International Shipping costs.
There is a No Return/ No Exchange policy when the sale is Final and consummated.
All products purchased from Blankboard Sport carry the full manufacturer's warranty unless sold as a "no warranty" item.
We will review your warranty claim and, at our discretion, determine and help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. We will require all warranty claim to submit the Warranty Request Form.
Our policy is to repair or replace all warranty / defective product. NO REFUNDS will be given in warranty claims. The customer is responsible of all return shipping costs.
